Getting the guys off to jobs. Sometimes I miss those days of jumpin' n pumpin', you know, getting into the truck and going to get all up in it. It's kinda cool though, being the boss/owner. You can see it in the young man's eyes, "I'm going to be him someday". And that's ok by me. I want that for my guys. I'm competitive that way.
One of the crews is on their way to restore a ceiling that has water damage. They'll be patching most of the morning. Told them, "things will be looking up for ya'll today". Don't know if they got it.
